Get outside and explore
- Take a walk. Here’s where to take scenic walk in + around the Myrtle Beach area
- You absolutely need to spend at least an afternoon strollingBrookgreen Gardens, which features a world-renowned American figurative sculpture collection, Lowcountry Zoo, and acres of beauty to explore. Tickets are good for 7 days, so do this on your first day so you can come back! There is so much to discover and enjoy, from the gardens to the Lowcountry Zoo.
- Walk around the pretty waterfront area on Front Street inGeorgetown, which features beautiful shops and excellent restaurants!
Check out the Pawleys Island area
- Head to the south end for a day or the weekend, andexplore Pawleys Island.

- The Crazy Masonat The Market Common has insanely large milkshakes that are like a three-story dessert building with layers of ice cream, cookies, donuts, toppings… you just have to check this place out!
- Browse for a book at Barnes & Noble.
- While you’re at The Market Common, swing by and pick out the perfect pair of shoes atCentro Shoes, a locally-owned boutique with the best selection of shoes, jewelry & boho chic clothes in the Grand Strand. And even after that milkshake, the shoes will still fit! 😂
- You can’t beat the beers brewed atGordon Biersch.
- Bijuju is another locally-owned boutique you won’t want to miss: affordable, stylish, and incredible customer service!
