Peace out @Xfinity you’ve been dropped. Loyal customer for 14 years, but you give special pricing to new customers only.. no incentive for existing customers to stay. Terrible customer retention plans.

The Paramount+ app I'm using thru Xfinity cable tv sucks big time. It freezes constantly during navigation. Plus it's organized terribly. Make it easier to get to the Champions League matches!

@Xfinity @comcast Has decided to not honor their comittment to keeping me/you connected or being held responsible nor accountable when their lack that service fails. From the supervisor mouth "we used to offer credits to your account for any inconvenience we caused" not anymore.

@TFrei @craigscolorado I loved Irv. One of a kind and one of the first on-air talents for Altitude when it launched. I agree it shouldn't require a fancy settlement conference, but you do have to have someone who seeks a solution. I'm biased, but Comcast really has no pressure on them to settle.

Capitalism makes human interaction worse, I had to call Xfinity to cancel my account and the guy spent the entire time not listening to me and trying to sell me ****, like I don’t blame the operator but like come on telecoms having a cartel isn’t good enough?
