I am not new to Carbon in Los Alamitos. I come here, first because the front office is consistently efficient, friendly, patient. I mention Irene, who I think is the mainstay. She works and walks fast, seemingly not wanting to waste time. But she does get your info (insurance, medications, allergies). I notice this with elderly patients who are not adept with the tablet. Her partner today was Ashley, who answers the telephone. She has an amiable personality suited to her job. Of course, the best part in this clinic are the doctors. Yesterday I was seen by Dr Saha. Today my wife was attended to by Dr Sarah. They are professional but friendly, and explains well their diagnosis and the medications they prescribed. I go to this site even if there is one near our house (will not mention the place, but the front office there need improvement in human relations).
